1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our food ordering and delivery platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the Vegisco website at www.vegisco.com (the "Site") and any related mobile or software applications ("Vegisco Platform") including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms are effective for all existing and future Vegisco customers, including but without limitation to users having access to 'restaurant business page' to manage their claimed business listings.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Vegisco Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with Vegisco Foods Private Limited and/or its affiliates ("Vegisco"). You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms. Your use of the Vegisco Platform is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Services

We provide an online platform that enables users to:

• Browse restaurants
• Place food orders
• Make payments
• Arrange delivery

We act as an intermediary between users and restaurant partners unless otherwise specified.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Provide accurate and updated information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Obligations Pertaining to Usage of Platform

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit is truthful, lawful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information
2. Your use of the platform shall be solely for your personal use and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address and that you are solely responsible for all content published or displayed through your account, including any email messages, and your interactions with other users and you shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulation, including those related to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal data.
3. You will not discriminate against any Merchants, Buyers based on race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity, age or any other matric which is deemed to be unlawful under applicable laws.
4. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that Vegisco shall not be responsible for:
   • The services or goods provided by the Merchants including but not limited to serving of food orders suiting your requirements and taste;
   • The Merchant's services or goods, or services provided not being up to Buyer expectations or leading to any loss, harm or damage to him/her;
   • The Merchant serving the incorrect orders; or
   • Product liability of goods provided by the Merchants
5. You will not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, or harm us or any other person or entity, as determined in our sole discretion.

• Estimated delivery times are indicative only.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• You must provide accurate delivery details.

Failure to accept delivery may result in no refund.

Food preparation and hygiene are the responsibility of the restaurant partner.

We are not liable for:

• Quality issues
• Allergic reactions
• Food contamination

Customers should review ingredient details before ordering.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse delivery personnel
• Post false reviews
• Attempt fraud
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Violation may result in legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, text, software, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Vegisco Foods Private Limited and protected under applicable Indian laws including the Copyright Act, 1957.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the order value.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising due to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Violation of laws

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms, from time to time at our own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms from time to time and ensure continued compliance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
